I acknowledge that my participation in road races, classes, or other event(s) as well as activities related thereto (collectively, the “Event”) hosted by Lost Shoe Brewing and Roasting Company involves a risk of injury, including bodily injury, and I assume the risk for same. On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and legal representatives and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge Lost Shoe Brewing and Roasting Company, The City of Marlborough and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, members, agents and representatives, of and from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages and/or any other claims, demands, losses or damages, incurred by me in connection with any aspect of the Event. I grant permission to the Releasees to use or authorize others to use any photographs, motion pictures, video or sound recordings, and/or any other record of my participation in the Events, including my name, portrait, picture, likeness, image and/or biographical information, including but not limited to age, gender, domicile, race results, for any purpose without remuneration.
