Release and Waiver

In considerations of you acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs and executors, waive any and all rights and claims for damages against the VOICE News, race sponsors, Lancaster County, the City of Hickman and meet officials for any injuries suffered by me in connection with this event, I further certify that I am in good enough physical condition to participate in this event. In the event of extreme weather conditions, race director reserves the right to shorten the race for the safety of the entrants.
