Join us Saturday, October 18 for the 5th Annual Big Texas Run in the heart of DFW, at Texas Live! event center in Arlington, TX, just minutes from both Dallas & Fort Worth.

Enjoy awesome scenic views of Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium & the Texas Ranger's new Globe Life Field Ballpark and then get ready for a BIG Celebration at Texas Live with free celebratory beers (must be 21+) from no other than local Texas Brewery, Revolver Brewing. All registrants will also receive a custom Big Texas Run t-shirt and finisher medal.

Bib # Lookup:
Please have your confirmation QR code ready when you arrive at packet pickup. Your QR code will be emailed to you by Oct 16.

Race Day Packet Pickup:
Packet pickup will also be available on race morning Oct 18 as well from 7-8 AM near start line of race at The Backyard Restaurant/Bar at Texas Live, 1650 E Randol Mill Rd #140, Arlington, TX 76011. (Be sure to arrive early to ensure you have ample parking time and time to get bib before race starts.)

Late Registration:
Late online registration will be available during packet pickup and on race morning.
If you register late (anytime after Oct 16), your bib will be assigned on-site on race day and you will need to check-in at the "late registration" area near the start line on race morning to pick up your bib. You can then pick up your shirt and medal after the race.

Dogs and strollers are allowed during the Big Texas Run. We suggest that runners with a dog or stroller please start towards the back of the race for the safety of your pets, children, and other runners. Also, dogs must be on a leash and under physical control at all times. We hope to see you and your furry friends and little ones there!

Can I pick up packets for my family/friends?
Yes, just have their confirmation QR code ready. QR codes will be send in a confirmation email no later than 10/16.

Can I register during the packet pickup & on race morning?
Yes. You would just need to go online and register HERE.
Your bib will be assigned on-site.

Will there be race morning pickup?
Yes, but we encourage runners to please pick up their packets at MountainSports packet pickup the day before the race on Fri, Oct 17 from 3-6 PM atm2025 W Pioneer Pkwy, Pantego, TX 76013.

Will there be water on the course?
Yes, there will be water stations.

Will there be awards?
Yes, there will be awards! 1st place male/female overall, 1st place male/female under 16, and 1st place male/female 65+ for both the 5K and10K will all receive a $50 gift card from Mountain Sports in Arlington, TX. 2nd & 3rd place for all categories above will receive a medal and certificate.

What does registration include?
Registration is all-inclusive and comes with a Big Texas Run t-shirt, runners bib with personalized number, a custom race medal, and a post-race party including 1 free beer from Revolver Brewing. *Beer only available for participants 21 and up.

Are dogs & strollers allowed?

If running with a stroller, do I have to pay for my child?
No, you don't have to register your baby or children if they will be in the stroller.

How do I view race results?
The results link will be updated closer to race date.

For virtual run registrants, your shirt/tank and medal will be shipped to your home address within 1-2 weeks after race day and you can run at any location/date/time of your choosing. If you'd like to submit your time, you'll be able to submit it at the top of the registration page for up to 30 days following the race.

1st place male/female overall for both the 5K & 10K will each receive a $50 Mountain Sports gift card

1st place male/female under 16 for both the 5K & 10K will each receive a $50 Mountain Sports gift card

1st place male/female 65+ for both the 5K & 10K will each receive a $50 Mountain Sports gift card.
