**I agree to the Bisbee 1000's No-Refund Policy. This also includes: No Transfers, No Substitutions, No Smoking and No dogs. Event held rain or shine. If the event is cancelled for dangerous weather conditions or uncontrollable extenuating circumstances there are no refunds.**

I understand that this event supports community organizations and non-profits, that there are no participant substitutions or refunds, that there are no mailings of t-shirts or medallions, that the Event will be held rain or shine, and that bib numbers are nontransferable and each must be worn by the registrant to whom it has been assigned. If I do not follow all the rules of this Bisbee 1000 Event, I understand that I may be removed from the event.*
I understand the course is steep and part of it is on narrow, uneven stairs, trail and roads which may create risk of falling.
I certify that I am in good physical condition and that I am physically able to participate in strenuous activity at high elevations.
I understand after 11:00 am there is no road staff support on the course.
The course becomes open and I need to be on the sidewalk and continue at my own risk.
In consideration of my acceptance for participation in this event, I hereby assume all risks associated with participating in this Bisbee 1000 Event.
On behalf of myself, my heirs, legatees, personal representatives and assigns, I hereby release, discharge and waive any and all claims for damages I might have as a result of my participation in this Bisbee 1000 Event.
I specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsors, promoters and organizers of this event, including but not limited to the City of Bisbee, Wick Communications and its members and directors, from any injury, claim or liability arising in any way from my participation in this Bisbee 1000 Event.

By registering, I understand that I will receive occasional emails with event updates and news. These emails will include updates for the Bisbee 1000 and other Wick Events.
By signing this Waiver and Release I agree that Wick Communications. Event photographs, video or other recordings of me may be used without limitation or compensation by Wick Communications., its Events, and its sponsors, including but not limited to the City of Bisbee.
I certify that the information I provide with this registration is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
I understand that this Waiver and Release may be stored electronically and agree that a copy is authentic and admissible as evidence in any future dispute or proceedings.
I understand that this event may be cancelled by conditions outside of the control of event organizers for the safety and well-being of event staff, participants and the community; such as severe weather, civil unrest, pandemics, bans on public gatherings, threat of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances that would make the event non-viable, and if so, I consent that I am not entitled to a refund or deferral once my race registration is complete.
