In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs and executors, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the Nebraska State Fair, Nebraska State Fair Board of Directors, Fonner Park, City of Grand Island, Stuhr Museum of the Prairie Pioneer, HOA for Hidden Lakes and Kuester’s Lake, all sponsors, meet officials, volunteers, and workers for any injuries suffered by me in connection with the event. I further certify that I am in good enough physical condition to participate in this event.
