In consideration of my participation in the Serving Our Seniors 5k Fun Run or 1 Mile Run/Walk, Christ Community Church, the City of Marion, their employees, sponsors, and all people involved with the Serving Our Seniors 5k Fun Run or 1 Mile Run/Walk are not insurers of my personal safety. Myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for any personal injury, property damage, loss or inconvenience by reason of their negligence in participation or sponsoring or planning or arranging the Serving Our Seniors 5k Fun Run or 1 Mile Run/Walk and activities associated there with. All entrants will be participants at their own risk. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.
