In consideration of foregoing, I for myself, my executors, assignees, administrators, do hereby release and discharge the Christmas in LeClaire Committee, city of LeClaire, Blackhawk Bank and trust, race directors, race sponsors, and race volunteers for all claims of damages, demands and actions whatsoever in any matter arising or growing out of my participation in the Christmas Ugly sweater 5k.
