Race Waiver

I recognize the risks involved in any athletic event and hereby waive, and hold harmless TOTAL FITNESS FAMILY REC CENTER and all of their employees, all sponsors, all race directors and volunteers from any liability, claims, and rights for damages from injuries growing out of, related to, or anything from participating in the Gaelic Gallop. I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit to participate. If however, as a result of my participating in the Gaelic Gallop, I receive medical attention, I hereby give my consent to authorized personnel of the Gaelic Gallop to provide such medical care as is deemed by such medical personnel. This waiver also gives Total Fitness Family Rec Center the authorization to take photos and/or videos of me (and my child), and to use such photos and videos for posting to social media and in advertising.
