Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement

The above names participant agrees to defend, protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Saint Joseph Catholic School against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of the above named participant which arise out of Saint's On The Go! event. Additionally, the above named participant agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless and fully indemnify Saint Joseph Catholic School by the above named participant or their family members whether such claims arises from the alleged negligence of Saint Joseph Catholic School, its employees or agents or the above named particpant's negligence. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance thereof, shall continue in full legal force and effect. I also grant permission to all the above groups to use any photograph, motion pictures, video, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
