Event Waiver and Release of Liability

I know that running can be hazardous. I agree that I am entering this race with the physical ability to complete it safely. I agree to abide by any decision of the race official relative to my ability to safely complete the race. I assume all risks associated with running in the race including but not limited to falls, contact with other runners, weather, traffic, all such risks being known and appreciated by the representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the race committee, the town of Lexington and the Lexington Montessori School. All fees are non-refundable.
