In consideration of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims or damages I may have against the New Haven School District and their representative, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event. I further warrant that I have trained for a race of this distance and weather conditions and that I am physically fit for such an event. Event photos may be used for promotional purposes.
