All runners run at their own risk and accept any responsibility of injury before, during or after these fun runs. By signing this registration form, you relinquish MercyOne Newton Medical Center and the City of Newton and anyone directly in charge of organizing and volunteering at this fun run/walk of any harm, debt or responsibility of runners. All runners run at their own risk and are responsible for their health and injury.
