Event Waiver and Release of Liability

The waiver form releases the organizers of the "Glen Eden's Dare To Be Bare Nude" 5k and "Naked Beer Dash Run" from liability for any injuries or claims arising from participation in the event. By registering and participating you acknowledge that running a road race carries inherent risks and that the participant assumes those risks. It also allows the organizers to authorize emergency treatment if needed. I authorize Glen Eden to fully investigate my background at the sole discretion of the Board and expressly waive any statutory or common law right of privacy.
