Pursuant to this Disclaimer and Release of Liability, I recognize that I am voluntarily participating in this sporting activity. I recognize the inherent health risks involved and will assume and take on all of the risks and responsibilities in any way associated with my involvement and participation.

In consideration of my entry being accepted, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights, liabilities and claims for damages that I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me against the Franklin Regional Soccer Boosters, its officers, members and agents, all race sponsors and race organizers.
