Signature of each participant is required. Forms will be returned if not signed. In signing this form for myself or other participants, I understand and agree to absolve all cities, sponsors, organizers and supporters, be they individuals or organizations, singly or collectively, of all blame for any injury, misadventure, harm, loss, or inconveniences suffered as a result of taking part in Ride the Island or any activities associated with the event. I also agree to obey all safety rules posted for the event and all traffic laws applicable to bicycling. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a bicycle helmet.
