CRMO Awareness Virtual 5K Walk-A-Thon - Piper Power - San Francisco

Many of you know that Piper was diagnosed with the rare bone inflammation disease, CRMO, last spring. She has been such a fierce warrior managing the pain that comes with this disease in the long journey to her diagnosis (with an average 15 months to diagnosis, it took Piper's medical teams about a year!). She is now on a medication and treatment regimen that has helped a great deal. On behalf of Piper and her family, thank you for all your help and care over the past year!

To help raise funds for research into this chronic condition, please join Piper Power! This walkathon is for families and friends of CRMO Warriors to offer support and learn more about the disease.

If you're in the Bay Area, you can join our family's 5K walk across the Golden Gate Bridge on Saturday, Oct 5th at 2p (just over 5K to Marin and back), participate virtually by registering to join Piper Power and walk/run/roll 5K in your own area, or make a donation through Piper’s team link to Kaila's Komfort, a small non-profit working to provide support for newly diagnosed kids and fund research projects.

As usual, we're doing this a little last-minute, but hope you can join us in whatever way you like to support Piper!
