CRMO Awareness Virtual Walk-A-Thon/5K - Team Mackenzie Colorado

Thank you so much for supporting Team Mackenzie Colorado! We are excited that this year’s event is virtual which means you can complete it any time the week of Oct 11th and in any way you are able to (walk, run, bike, hike, paddle, etc). We have been top fundraisers in the past and we would be honored to do that again this year with your help!

CRMO came into our lives 9 years ago when Mackenzie went to bed a healthy 7 year old and woke up unable to walk. She has undergone numerous treatments and therapies and is now on an infusion medication routine that allows her to do most typical teenager things. This disease is so rare that very little is known about the cause, there is no cure, and the treatments are still trial and error.

Your support will go towards raising awareness about CRMO which we all hope will lead to better treatments and a cure. Your support also directly impacts CRMO families when they receive individualized care packages to provide comfort during painful days, treatments, and procedures.
