Hello! My name is Harper Hawks and I have been attending CCVI for two years. I was diagnosed with ocular albinism when I was only three months old. I go to CCVI twice a month and visit my teachers, Ms. Shelly and Ms. Hailey. At school, my teachers come up with all kinds of activities that help me with my vision. They also give me ideas of how my family can help me at home. My favorite thing to do at CCVI is go to aquatics class. I have met new friends and I'm learning how to swim. My CCVI family is a blessing. They have helped me in all stages of development and taught me ways to adapt to all environments and obstacles while living with ocular albinism. My whole family is grateful for the support of the school and CCVI staff.
