Event Overview |
The 2026 Gleneagle Spirit 5k is an annual event held in the Gleneagle
community. The event features a 5k Run/Walk for Fun and Kids Run that winds through the
streets of the Gleneagle Neighborhood in Northern El Paso County.
The event is organized and presented by two neighborhood Realtors (Blair
Dinkins and Mark Rudolph) with volunteer assistance from other neighborhood volunteers. The running portion of the event is professionally chip-timed
by Eclectic Edge Racing.
No pets are allowed in the race.

Post-Race Festivities |
Following the Run/Walk, participants and their
families are treated to a special celebration that
brings the participants and the community together:
· Food Trucks serving after-race entrees
· Vendor/ Sponsor Midway
· Music
· Fire Engine Display by the Monument Fire District
· Leg and ankle massages by the Colorado Institute
of Massage Therapy
· Presentation of Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals to
the top Male and Female Runners in various age
classifications

Volunteering |
Volunteers are needed in the categories of Event set-up and Tear Down, Marketing, Promotions and Registration. A few are needed for the longer term (Several Months) and many are needed for Event Week only. Contact Bonnie Burckel (719) 313-2275 for volunteer opportunities.

Proceeds benefit the Mt Carmel Veterans Service Center.
