The NCMC Foundation, along with the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado at NCMC will host the 24th Annual NCMC Turkey Trot in person on Thanksgiving Day 11/25/2021.
We will also have a virtual option as well for those trotter near and far Sun 11/21-Sun 11/28.
Now in its 24th year, the NCMC Turkey Trot has become apart of many Northern Colorado residents’ Thanksgiving tradition.

Proceeds from the NCMC Turkey Trot benefit the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs at North Colorado Medical Center.

Open to participants of all ages and abilities, the NCMC Turkey Trot is the perfect way to spend time with friends and family, promote cardiovascular and pulmonary health awareness, support local patients and work off those pre-holiday treats!

Come Race on our certified 5K and 2K course in person on Thanksgiving Day 11/25/2021 or:
-Choose your scenic 5k or 2K course using apps such as strava.com runkeeper.com or map my run
-Upload your course and race times after completion at FLTResults.com
-Post pictures of your race
-Print your finishers certificate

Pick a day to run your race between November 21st and November 28th! Participants can chart their own 5K Turkey Trot or 2K Gobbler Trek by utilizing websites such as www.strava.com, www.runkeeper.com or phone apps such as Map My Run. After completion of your race visit FLTtiming.com to enter your times and share pictures!

Prize money will be awarded to the top male and female finishers of the 5K
$250 First place
$150 Second place
$50 Third place
Masters (40 and up)
$100 First Place
$50 Second Place

Awards will be given to the top three 5K finishers in the following age group categories: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up. Age group winners will receive fresh pies donated by local bakeries. Please be present to accept your award, any unclaimed food prizes will be donated to local area agencies.

Attention: 5K winners will be determined on the basis of gun time.

Race Timing will be done by Timberline Events LLC | Finish Line Timing (www.FLTiming.com).

For Virtual Participants: Simply run/walk or trot your designated race distance and log your times and share your selfies with us at finish line timing.
