Although we are disappointed to cancel the "in-person" version of the 6th Annual McCordsville Path to Fitness 5K this year, we want you to join us in participating in our Virtual 5K. All you need to do is run or walk your race any time before Aug. 16 (the actual race date was Aug. 15). Be sure to follow social distancing and other safety measures as you participate. Proceeds go to help continue funding our Building a Brighter McCordsville Fund, which is a fund for park and park-related activities.

Follow these 3 easy steps to run/walk your 5K:
* Step 1 - Walk or run ANYTIME before Aug. 16, 2020 and record your race using such apps as MapMyRun, Fitbit, Strava or a simple stopwatch or pedometer. To receive a t-shirt and medal you must register and registration is $20 (free for under 14). You can participate without registering, you just won't receive a t-shirt or medal.
* Step 2 - Email your race completion results to results@mccordsville.org. Include your first and last name, run date and race completion time in the body of the email. Run/walk times must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. on Aug. 16, 2020.
* Step 3 - Submit a selfie on the McCordsville Path to Fitness Facebook Page or send an email photo. All registered finishers will receive a 5K t-shirt and medal in the mail sometime after Aug. 16, 2020.
