Nebraska Furniture Mart is holding our 5th annual Nebraska Furniture Mart Halloween 5k Walk/Run on Saturday, October 19th, 2019. All net proceeds from this race will benefit the TeamMates Mentoring Program. There will be a kids fun run starting at 8:30am, the TIMED 5k Run will start at 8:45am and then the UNTIMED 5k Walk will start right after the run. All participants will receive a t-shirt, a race bib and a finisher medal.

There will be awards for the Best Costume, Scariest Costume and Funniest Costume.

May 1 – May 31st - $25 ages 14 and up $5 ages 13 and under
June 1 – August 30th - $30 ages 14 and up $10 ages 13 and under
Sept 1 – October 16th - $35 ages 14 and up $15 ages 13 and under

Groups of 4 or more will receive a $5/person discount.

Awards - for Male and Female - 1st - 3rd place in the following age groups:
8 and under
9-13
14-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60 and over

We encourage runners to dress up in their favorite family-friendly Halloween costumes as we will be giving away awards. Strollers are welcomed at the event, we just ask that you start at the back of the pack when we line-up.

The safety of participants is our highest concern. In the event of rain, this event will still go on. If there is lightning or severe weather conditions, the event may be delayed or canceled. It will be up to the discretion of the race director to decide whether to continue or cancel the event. If the event should be canceled for weather conditions, we will be unable to refund registration fees.
