It’s time for some fall training!
Whether you are gearing up to run the Good Life Halfsy or gearing up to run all fall – this class is for you!
The Fall Halfsy Class is always a great one. Time of year and temperatures always help! The Lincoln Running Co and the Movement Academy are both located DT with FREE parking on Sundays! They are both very close to 3 trails! An occasional long run will take us to north Lincoln and MoJava Cafe as a starting point! The 8:00am Sunday runs start and finish at the Movement Academy on Canopy Street unless noted. Plenty of room to stretch and converse for as long as you want - showers available! Thursday runs are from the Lincoln Running Co and the run begins at 6:00 pm with the speaker after the run. There is an optional Tuesday morning workout.
Our speakers will cover everything from nutrition to mental training to motivation to injury prevention. Nothing is left to figure out on your own!
