Running With the Wolves 5K /10K |
Join us for a howling good time at our challenging road races along the scenic Assabet River Rail Trail of Marlborough and Hudson. You get your pick of either the 5K or 10K race under the July full moon(ish). You may run or walk the 5K and the 10K is running only. Awooooo!
Proceeds benefit the food pantries and local charities in the Town of Hudson and City of Marlborough.
Participants over the age of 21 get a beer on us from one of two local breweries - Lost Shoe Brewing and Clover Road! Small treats available to all participants post-race as well.
Get your photo with the lovely Little Red Riding Hood and the scary Big Bad Wolf! Running with the Wolves shirts come in both men and women's sizes and are guaranteed for the those registering before July 1st.
The race is limited to only 500 participants so don't miss your spot!

Highland City Striders |
We are runners in Hudson, Marlborough, and surrounding communities. We meet several times weekly to run various distances for fun and to keep in shape! We run, recover, have fun, and laugh together. Founded in 2002, our members are 18 years old and older; some of us are significantly older!
Our mission is to promote health and fitness among our membership through the sport of running and a focus on adopting healthy lifestyles. We support each other, train together, and enjoy the camaraderie of runners within HCS and other local running clubs. We provide support to local charities through the sponsorship of local running events several times a year.
We love to run together, have fun together, build friendships, support each other, and give back to the community. We run weekly workouts, train for races, run socially, and participate in local road races. Runners of all paces and abilities are welcome. In addition, we coordinate and run a number of low-key races that support the local community. For example, last Thanksgiving we organized a road race that helped to raise 3,000 food items for the local food pantry.
