    Registrations up through 2/8 will receive their t-shirts on race day. All registrations received after 2/8 can pick up their t-shirt 5 days after the race at River Road Park & Recreation’s business office.

Course


Starting line is on Lake Drive at Emerald Park. Finish line is at Community Center/Wading Pool. Course is flat, and very fast.
The 5 kilometer (3.1 miles) is a double loop through residential streets.

Splits will be called out at every mile.

Race numbers can be picked up on race day between 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

8:30 AM Check-in, 9:30 AM Start

 Run Entrants

Individuals, team* or open team** entries accepted. All runners will run the course together. Individual times will be added for a combined finish time.

*Teams must consist of one female and one male runner.
**Open teams may be any age/sex combination.

 Fitness Walk Entrants

Enter either as individuals or couples. All walkers will be eligible for random prize drawings and refreshments.

 Finish Results

There will be a clock at the finish line. Look for your unofficial time.
Category winners will be announced after the last person finishes.
Complete computerized results will be available on line at www.rrpark.org after the race.

 Awards

Prizes will be awarded to winning teams in the following coed combined age categories: 29 & under, 30-55, 56-81, 82-107, 107-135, 136 & over, and to the winning team of each all male and all female category (40-65, 66-101, 102 & over). Other categories include Wheelchair, Open male team, Open female team, Overall individuals.

 Random Drawings

All finishers will be eligible for drawings for merchandise donated by the sponsors. Please patronize our generous race sponsors.

 Facilities

Dressing rooms, restrooms, showers, sauna and hot tubs are available to registered runners and their families. Bring your suit and towel and enjoy!

 Refreshments

Drinks, and refreshments will be available.

 Child Care

All pre-registered participants will have childcare available at no charge. Our staff will keep your children happily occupied during the race.
