Required ST-19 Form and Certificate ofInsurance

All exhibitors are required to submit a completed ST-19 form and certificate of insurance. Completed forms must be submitted to emma.zeglen@activecentralmn.org

Expo Details

Exhibitor Requirements
$175/booth. Non-profits: $100/booth
All festival exhibitors must agree to give away 300-500 of one of the following branded items or something similar:
t-shirt, mug, pilsner, water bottle, pens, tote bag, lip balm, Bluetooth speaker, charging bank, sunglasses, running belt, Hats, fandanas, keychains, chip clips, journals, socks, stuffed animals, LED safety lights, reflective slap wrap bands, cowbells, or stadium bangers.

$350 (limited to only 5 spots available)

Fitness Partner Requirements
All fitness partners must agree to give away:
1. 2-week trial memberships to anyone attending
2. 1 - Free One year membership door prize
3. 1 Swag Pack for Festival Door Prize Drawing.

• Exhibitors will be provided a 10’x 16’ space
• 2 - 6ft tables and 4 chairs if needed
• Electricity if needed.

Fit Fest / Expo Details

Load in and set up:
10am-2:00pm Friday April 11th.

Expo Hours: Friday, April 11, 2025. 3:00pm-8:00pm.

Note: Active Central MN reviews and approves all booth requests and reserves the right to deny applicants if a booth or product does not fit the mission, vision, and values of the organization or event.
