The Center is thrilled to host its fourth annual Turkey Trot 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Run! The scenic course winds through the beautiful downtown area and is open to runners and walkers of all ages. Stroller- and dog-friendly, this event is perfect for families and friends to create a memorable Thanksgiving morning tradition.

Join us for this fantastic community event to support The Center’s Relief Fund, assisting those in need in our community. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome at the Kaufman Turkey Trot!

VIP AND SLEEP-IN OPTIONS AVAILABLE!

VIP OPTION – VIP registration is limited to the first 20 registrants. This Options (Includes VIP lounge access for you + one guest, with gourmet beverages and snacks, power station and VIP restrooms, plus VIP front row parking).

Sleep-In Registration - Opt for the sleep-in option in our 5K to support the cause and receive race goodies without needing to run...ideal for those who prefer to skip the actual getting up part or those who have scheduling conflicts. All sleep in registrants will receive a race shirt shipped directly to their front door - no attendance necessary.

Your participation in the Kaufman Turkey Trot will benefit The Center's Relief Fund. The Relief Fund is used to assist low income families with housing needs in Kaufman County.

6:30 a.m. - Race Day Registration & Packet Pick Up
7:30 a.m. - 1 Mile Fun Run Starts
8:00 a.m. - 5K Starts

All registrations received by November 10th will include a Turkey Trot t-shirt and swag bag. Registrations that are received November 11th and after will NOT be guaranteed a t-shirt and swag bag with their registration. Shirts and bags may be available on race day on a first-come, first-serve basis and may not be available in all sizes or at all! REGISTER EARLY!!!

Packet pickup will be Wednesday, November 27th, from 4pm to 6pm on the Square (in front of Latham's Bakery).

Day of pick up will also be available beginning at 6:30am.
