About the Event |
This 5k will take you from G. Turner Craig Park around the streets of town and through the cross country trails to kick off Saturday’s community fun days events. Runners & hikers of all ages are
welcome for the 5K race! Kids 1/2 mile fun run at 8:15am.
Packet Pickup/Late Registration
Friday Evening: 5-8pm
Saturday Morning: 7:15-8:15 am by the Gazebo in G. Turner Craig Park.

Proceeds |
The proceeds from this race will benefit the Swift Sailors Elementary Cross Country Program. Proceeds will be used for race entries, running shoe fund, race snacks, team shirts, end of season celebration, etc. The goal of the Swift Sailors Elementary Cross Country Program is to offer students a fun, safe, inclusive, educational and organized club experience. Students learn the importance of stretching, cooling down, hydration, proper running gear, and healthy habits.
