 Awards and Age Range

Awards:
The top three overall males and top three overall females will be awarded a plaque. The top three male and top three female finishers in each age group will be awarded medals. All participants will be entered in a raffle for the chance to win gift certificates, merchandise, and services from local businesses.

Age Range:
12 & under; 13-15; 16-18; 19-24; 25-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-64; 65 & over

 Cause

Net proceeds benefit the Georgetown Schools Student Wellness Fund. Our Student Wellness Fund supports equipment, student participation fees, and improvements to the Wellness Center.

 Course

Participants may walk or run the 5K. The course time limit is 1-hour. The 1-Mile Turkey Waddle will take place entirely on the school campus.

The 5K starts in front of Georgetown Elementary School

  • Turn right on Mt. Orab Pk.

  • Turn right on Iowa St.

  • Turn left on N. Main St. (Mile 1 occurs at 416 N. Main)

  • Turn right on Plum St.

  • Turn left on Grandin Dr.

  • Turn left on W. Grant Ave.

  • Turn right on W. Cherry St.

  • Turn left on N. Main St. (Mile 2 occurs at N. Main & Plum)

  • Slight right on Mt. Orab Pk.

  • Turn left into Elementary

  • Turn left before parking lot to make loop to finish line (3.1 miles)
