This is a 1 mile race, down and back on Goodhue Blvd, that you will have A FULL WEEK to complete, and we use Strava to determine the winners.

But wait, there's more! You actually get 6 different 1-mile courses around Lincoln for the price of 1!!

We will exclusively use Strava to determine the winners.

Here are the details:
• Six 1 mile Strava Segments have been defined around Lincoln; Shoproads, Highlands, Lincoln Mile, Sumner, Oak Lake, and Goodhue.
• Competitors run a different mile course every two weeks.
• Prize money will be awarded to the fastest Overall AND Age-Grade miler for every course (6 total; you can only win once), then a drawing will be held after the final week to award prize money to 3 Men and 3 Women.
• Races will be run every other week.
• You don't need to run all of the races, but every course that you run will earn you another entry into the drawing.
• No double-dipping of Prize Money.
• Races will start in June and finish in August.
• Once entered, you will be asked to join the Strava Club, Goodhue Honor Mile 2024 – PLEASE join the club so it is easier to track the results.
• We will be using the Strava Segment Pace Time to determine winners again this year.

• June 3-9; Shoproads
• June 17-23; Highlands
• July 1-7; Lincoln Mile (You can use your official race time, or run it on your own that week. Entry into the Lincoln Mile is NOT included with your registration fee)
• July 15-21; Sumner
• July 29-August 4; Oak Lake (Cross Country)
• August 12-18; Goodhue

Entry Fee:
• $20, with 90% of that going to the competitors and 10% going to a celebration at the end.
Prizes for Male and Female Competitors broken down as follows:

• EOY Drawing (Times 3) - 10% of entry fees (30% total)
• Course Fastest Mile (6 Courses) - 5% of entry fees (30% total)
• Course Fastest Age-Grade Mile (6 Courses) - 5% of entry fees (30% total)

Additional Details:
• We will be using technology (Strava) to determine the winners. There are Strava Segments created for all courses that will be used as the official race routes. Age graded results will be based on Runners World calculator: www.runnersworld.com/tools/age-grade-calculator
• Run it solo or run it as a group, it doesn't matter. Run it early or late, again doesn't matter. You can even run it several times in that 7 day period to try to post the fastest time possible...again, whatever you want.
• This year we will exclusively use Strava to determine the winners.
