Kids Block Run: For children 6 and under will take place on the streets surrounding Jaycee Park. This is free. No t-shirt included. There is a participation waiver to sign on site that night.

One mile & 5k: The course will start and finish at Jaycee Park and stay within the Durant city limits.

5K Course
Start at the park on 10th Ave. turn right on 8th street. 2 blocks take a right on 12th Ave. right on 3rd Ave. then a left on 7th St. right on 13th Ave. right on 6th street. down to 3rd Ave. then a left on 7th St down to Yankee then turn around and head back up 7th St then turn left on 6th Ave then a right on 8th St. left on 9th Ave around the cul-de-sac take a left on 8th St. and right on to 10th Ave to the finish.


1 Mile Run
Runners will begin at 10 Ave and turn left onto 8th Street. Turn around once school is reached and head back on 8th street turning on 10th Ave. to finish the race.

One Mile - $15

5K - $25

Day of race t-shirt subject to availability

Packet pickup and race day registration: Friday, August 9th, 2024 at 5:00 PM. Look for the blue tents setup by the baseball diamond at Jaycee Park.

One mile overall male and female winners will receive carnival ride tickets.
5K overall male and female winners will receive a special prize and medal.

(5K only) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place male and female winners will receive a medal in the following age groups:
13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Refreshments will be available after the races.

Proceeds from the race benefit the Durant Cross Country Association.
