The courses are flat, fast and scenic, starting at the Oregon Urology Institute, looping behind Gateway Mall, crossing over I-5 via the new bike bridge, covering a loop through the surrounding neighborhoods to the west of I-5, crossing back over the bridge and finishing at Gateway Mall.

Packet pickup will be Saturday, June 15, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at:

On race day from 7:00 to 7:45 AM, at the start.

Take Gateway south to Harlow, turn left (east) and then an immediate right onto Hartman Lane.

The Oregon Urology Institute is immediately on the right.

It is recommended that participants park at the finish.

The awards ceremony will be at 9:30 AM.

Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and the top three in each age group in the 8K race only.

Age Groups:
10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over.
