Mandatory Volunteers Needed In Order To Participant |
VOLUNTEERS:
Lake to Bay Relay Teams must provide one (1) volunteer to participate in the event.
Below are the options regarding volunteers:
Option #1
"Hire Volunteers" - L2B Team opts to pay $25.
These funds go directly to volunteer assistance, supporting local high school or middle school sport teams.
Option #2
"Supply Volunteers for L2B"
- L2B Team opts to supply a minimum of one (1) volunteer.
- The minimum age for a volunteer is 18 years old, or 14 with an accompanying adult volunteer.
- Volunteers will have the opportunity to choose their preferred assignment, but will not have guarantees of receiving it.
- Assignments can be anywhere along the route and at any time during the relay. If any of our volunteer(s) do not show up at their selected assignment, I understand our team will be assessed a cash penalty of $100.
- Team Captains are responsible for ensuring their volunteers complete the form by June 24.

Note: If a team chooses "Option #2", but cannot provide volunteers by June 24, they will be required to pay the $25 fee before the day of the event, Saturday, July 6.
