Live 10 Mile starts at 9:30 am (No walkers in the 10 Mile, 2-hour time limit) (Awards presented at approximately 11:45 am)
Live 5K starts at 10 am (Awards presented at approximately 11:15 am)

We will have live results on the screen inside the Bent Prop.

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES Wednesday April 10th at 6 pm, after that time you can only register in person at packet pickup (Thursday or Friday). No race day registrations will be accepted for any race.

T-Shirts not guaranteed if not registered by April 2nd at Midnight, there will not be a second shirt order.

Race Day (Saturday, April 13th) Packet Pickup: 8:30 am - 9:45 am The Bent Prop at MRBC at 1085 Council Oak Drive in Sioux City (behind the ball fields in Riverside Park)

VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS:
Run or walk your distance anywhere and anytime you choose: trail, sidewalk or treadmill! (Be sure to follow runner safety!)

After running, post a photo or video and share your virtual race experience on Missouri River Runner social media.

Race Day Packet pickup, post-race refreshments and Post Race Awards will be inside the The Bent Prop at MRBC at 1085 Council Oak Drive in Sioux City (behind the ballfields in Riverside Park)

Overall Awards and age group medal winners will be presented for the LIVE Events only.
