Our vision is to cultivate a community that reveres and wraps support around foster families so that every child in foster care receives a strong, loving and capable home where powerful healing can take place.

Our foster kids belong to the village—we are that village. We believe that through community collaboration and connection, we can all work together to positively impact the lives of our neglected and abused foster children.

The Footsteps to Forever 5K & Fun Run is designed for the whole family!!! The event will benefit the Foster Families of Grayson County.

Free Fun Run at 9:00 AM

The event will have food trucks, music, vendors, bounce house, raffle, Child Protection & Foster Awareness education & more.

Event Schedule:
- Registration: 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
- 5K Race: 8:00 a.m.,
- Fun Run: 9:00 a.m.
Registration includes Official race bib, *T-shirt (not included for Fun Run)

Fees will increase $5 on Race Day.

Participants can sign up to run or walk virtually from anywhere to show your support! Registration includes a T-shirt

Age Group Awards - 3 down in each category, Male & Female: 1-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Anyone with a QR code on the label of their pre-registered bib, can scan the code to go directly to their personal results and can print a finisher certificate. Anyone registering race day can scan the bib QR code which takes you to www.chip2chipracetiming, click on the 2023 results and the event.
