About the Event |
Sunset Cove Memorial Day 5K is a challenging and hilly, but fun 5K that takes you through the Sunset Cove Resort on Lake Texoma in Cartwright, Oklahoma. You will run by two beautiful points overlooking LakeTexoma. This run is for anyone, everyone, active, nonactive, runners, walkers, kids and adults! If you're looking to push yourself to the max and prove that you're a strong runner, this is the course for you too! Come test your PR!

Driving Directions: |
From Denison, TX: Go north across Denison Dam/Highway 91/75A into Cartwright, Oklahoma. Take left as road Y's and then immediate right on Wilifa Woods Rd/N3620 Rd. Turn left off of Wilifa Woods Rd/N3620 Rd onto Redemption Road into Sunset Cove Resort.
From Durant, OK: Go south on Highway 69/75 exit towards Colbert, OK/Denison Dam. Turn right on Highway 91/75A. Take a right to towards E Burns Run Rd. Turn right onto Wilifa Woods Rd/N3620 Rd. Turn left off of Wilifa Woods onto Redemption Road into Sunset Cove Resort.
Parking for the event is very limited, please car pool if possible. Upon arrival, parking attendants will be there to assist you in finding a spot and to make sure we use every bit of space we have. Please be patient with this process.

Male & Female Overall
13 & Under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & older
Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in the age groups. Race Awards will be presented following the 5K!

Registration received by 5/19/24 will receive an event T-Shirt. T-Shirts will be on a first-come, first-serve basis after this date!
