About The Event |
Welcome to the Inaugural Zoopocalypse 5K Presented by Estes Construction & IMPACT!!
Taking place at your favorite Mid-West Zoo, Niabi Zoo!! This great race will be later on in the day after the Fun and Festive Boo at the Zoo event. Come dressed up as your favorite Zombie or Halloween Costume! Costumes are encouraged for this fun race! This is a fun and exciting run through the zoo, supporting the Niabi Zoo Foundation which works to keep bringing new and amazing animals along with great educational exhibits for the whole family.
PACKET PICK UP: Packet Pick Up will take place on Friday, October 27th at the Zoo Entrance 2PM - 6PM. We will also have a race day Packet Pick up on Saturday, October 28th, 5PM - 6PM.
This great race will offer the 5K distance, the 1 Mile, and a kids race for our little ones!

Awards |
The top three M/F in the 5K will take home a trophy, while our overall M/F will take home a grand prize! Top 3 M/F in each 10-year age group categories for the 5K will also take-home trophies. For the 1 Mile, the top three overall male/female home trophies. Medals will be provided to every kid during the kid's race.

Timing and Scoring |
The 5K will be timed professionally by The End Result Chip Timing Company. The 1 Mile will not be chip timed
