The NCMC Foundation, along with the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado at NCMC will host the 26th Annual NCMC Turkey Trot in person on Thanksgiving Day 11/23/2023.

Now in its 26th year, the NCMC Turkey Trot has become apart of many Northern Colorado residents’ Thanksgiving tradition.

Proceeds from the NCMC Turkey Trot benefit the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs at North Colorado Medical Center.

Open to participants of all ages and abilities, the NCMC Turkey Trot is the perfect way to spend time with friends and family, promote cardiovascular and pulmonary health awareness, support local patients and work off those pre-holiday treats!

Prize money will be awarded to the top male and female finishers of the 5K
$250 First place
$150 Second place
$50 Third place

Masters (40 and up)
$100 First Place
$50 Second Place

Awards will be given to the top three 5K finishers in the following age group categories: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up. Age group winners will receive fresh pies donated by local bakeries. Please be present to accept your award, any unclaimed food prizes will be donated to local area agencies.

Attention: 5K winners will be determined on the basis of gun time.
