Tackett Tough Foundation

The Tackett Tough Foundation exists to honor the memory of Tyson Lane Tackett. Our goal is to award an annual scholarship to a MHS senior whose mindset embodies Coach Tackett's ideal of "Compete", thus expanding Tyson's legacy.

Partnership donations are greatly appreciated and will ensure that Coach Tackett's legacy continues through future generations.

Someday when I leave this world I hope to leave a great legacy. I hope that my legacy will be one of a nice and smart person who did his best to get along with everyone he met. I want to leave a wonderful legacy to the world that will always be remembered by everyone I have ever came into contact with. I want my legacy to be about a guy who would go out of his way to help kids become successful adults, and never once complained about it.

I have never really thought about what I want my legacy to be until today, but I think I want mine to be of a successful hard-working guy.
