Practice Day and Times |
Wednesday- 6-7:30p.m. and Sundays 4-5:30p.m.
All Practices are at Mount Mercy University Athletic Complex unless communicate differently. Athletes will be divided into different groups at practice based on age and experience - (Beginner Group and Competitive Group)
