Tulsa Area Triathletes Spring Fever Triathlon Camp is a 12 week training/support program for novice athletes targeting to complete their first triathlon at TAT Spring Fever Sprint event on May 7th 2023. This camp will help prepare you for TAT Spring Fever Triathlon in May. The camp will include blocks of training focused on swim, bike and run aspect of the triathlon.

Athletes should be able to: swim one length of pool, ride a bike and walk/run 1 mile.

Minimum age:
18 years old on 1/1/23

Program timeline:
Starts Feb 12th and runs (12 weeks) – Race is on Sunday May 7th
SWAG TBD
Supported training sessions, including 2 swims clinics, 2 bike rides (1 on route), 2 group runs, 1 brick session (bike to run including transition practice)
Workshops to include, introduction, swim, bike and run basics, bike mechanical/flat repair
Squad support via Facebook group and contact with certified coaches for any questions

Program cost:
$100 per person for the training camp only.
or
$150 per person for the training camp plus race entry ($70 entry fee) – saving $20. - You will need to register separately for Spring Fever Tri and will need to pay for either an annual USAT membership or buy a USAT 1 day license during race registration ($15) You will receive a comp code to register after 2/12

Spring Fever Tri Sprint
400 yard pool swim, 12 mile bike ride and 2 mile run and is ideal for the beginner.

Program participation
Participation will be limited to 25 persons
Participating athletes will provide 1 volunteer (family/friend) for the event who will receive a 30% discount coupon from RunnersWorld Tulsa.
