Heard of Cripple Creek and Victor? Now you can run from one mining city to the other! View the scene of the active mine, the historic mines, Rocky mountains, and small town living as you run across this course. The 10k will bring you from the historic town of Victor to the town with casinos, Cripple Creek. The 5k will have you tour the historic aspects within Cripple Creek town itself, with great views of the mine. Both races will finish at Cripple Creek Victor High School. Booths and post-race food will be at the field for all finishers. Challenge yourself with a hilly course at about 9,500 feet elevation- yet PR with the 10k because goes from a higher elevation start to a lower elevation finish. Best part? Support the high school to get a track facility with a rubberized track. Quote from the first year, "This race was harder than Leadville!"

10k start line is in Victor, at the old mining equipment on 2nd street. There are public bathrooms available at both starting areas. 5k start is at the school's track.

Parking is available at Cresson Elementary, along the streets, and at the high school. Carpooling is encouraged. There will be a shuttle to bring 10k runners to the start line.

Packet Pick-up at Cripple Creek Victor HS on May 26 from 4pm to 6pm. You can also pick up your packets the morning of the race, between 6:30am-8am.
