About The Event

Mark your calendars for the OAA Boots, Bling & Jeans Power Charity Brunch on Saturday October 8, 2022 from 9-noon. This is your opportunity to find out what we’re all about! This delightful bruncheon event will feature amazing food, great company, and inspirational presentations. The morning menu will be a professionally catered breakfast spread including eggs, fruit, milk, cheese, whole wheat rolls, whole wheat crackers and charcuterie options plus beverages. The event will also feature key presenters about OAA and our mission, wellness resources available in your community, inspirational ideas to jumpstart your MOVE.ment journey, plus a little MOVE.ment bonus to get your blood pumping!

The Power Bruncheon will feature live music to set the mood as you capitalize on this excellent networking event with business supporters and everyday folks looking to make a wellness change plus vendors, door prizes and more!

Want to know more about OAA? Perfect! We are a group dedicated to spreading health and wellness knowledge to all communities, especially under-served and under-represented communities well obesity and comorbidity diseases are statistically the highest. We are here to motivate and educate anyone willing to step up to the cause as we strongly believe in “reach one to teach one”.

There is no cost for Individual seating however a $45 per seat donation is strongly recommended. You can also sponsor a table for yourself, your business, or for another person who is unable to afford it. Corporate sponsorships start at $1,500 per table of 10 and include media recognition plus vendor space. All donations are welcomed, encouraged & appreciated at this fundraiser as we apply the funds towards wellness scholarships, youth educational programs, corporate outreach programs and much more!

Our Mission

The mission of OAA is to generate action in our communities, matching key health experts, education, and scholarships, designed to deliver a positive impact on lifestyle, life quality and life choices, removing one barrier at a time, thus giving each individual power and control over his or her own life. The OAA mission is to become "boots on the ground" educating within the underserved communities, generating "Our MOVE.ment" of each one reach one, each one teach one (Reset of the Mindset). The target audience for our OAA under-served community members. All funds will be used to further this mission via scholarships, outreach events, educational support, testing support and such.
