SHOW YOUR PRIDE

We love our furry friends as members of the family and now they have a chance to show their support for a cause you love almost as much as you love them! Schedule an appointment at the groomers, put on your best leash and collar combo and join Capital City Pride for the second annual Pride Pet Parade on Saturday, June 26 at Principal Park, 1 Line Drive, Des Moines, Iowa.

We know your pets are friendly; however, leashes are required and must not exceed four feet in length. No day of registration walk-ups will be allowed.

Please keep in mind there will be no strollers, wagons, etc allowed on the field at Principal Park. There are also several sets of stairs that will be taken to get onto the field which will serve as the "runway" for your pets.

All proceeds go to help fund Capital City Pride's programs and events that bring together members of the LGBTQ community, allies, and supporters.
