Where and When |
Where and when do I pick up my packet?
Packet Pickup will be at Peninsula shopping Center (Post Office parking lot) Judson St, Wed, the day before the event.
The packets can also be picked up the morning of starting at 7am.
When is the event?
The event is Thanksgiving morning 24 Nov 8am.
Where is the event?
The starting line for the event will be on Judson St in front of the Post Office parking lot in Gig Harbor..
T-Shirts can not be pre-ordered but can be purchased either at packet pickup the day before or day of event.

FISH, Back Pack for Kids, High School College scholarships |
Proceeds for the event go to the FISH food bank, Back Pack for Kids, and Peninsula High School and Gig Harbor High School scholarships for those seniors college bound.

The participants will start on Judson St, then left down the bottom of Soundview Dr, along Harborview Dr., enjoying the view as they turn around just past Peacock Hill at Goodman Dr.and back to Judson.

COVID Considerations |
Due to COVID restrictions, water will be supplied be the participants.
Rather than having everyone start at once, we will have groups start and stop every 10 seconds. This will also help prevent the returning runners from running into the crowded street.

Due to the number of participants on the course, runners have been bitten by dogs and tripped over leashes and fallen. The City of Gig Harbor has therefore made it mandatory that no dogs will be allowed on the course during the event.
We will also have volunteers stationed at the starting line to pull those with dogs off the course and a handout prepared to give to them stating why there are to be no dogs on the course during the event.

Also to prevent congestion of participants at the beginning, walkers and strollers need to start near the back of the starting line.
