You'll find the 2022 Dayton Ghost N Goblin 5k, presented by the Ohio River Road Runners Club (ORRRC), the best & biggest Halloween-themed road race in town!

The race will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 6:30pm at Wright State University's Nutter Center in Fairborn, OH.

All registrants will receive an awesome shirt and be automatically entered to win raffle prizes. Join the costume contest before the race for a chance at more awards!

Packet Pickup will be on RACE DAY ONLY, Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in the Berry Room at the Nutter Center. Hours are 12:30pm-6:00pm

We'll have some special giveaways to kick off packet pickup, so come early for more chances to win cool stuff!

If you can't be in Dayton on October 18, or would feel more comfortable participating virtually, we'd love to have you "join" us that way!

The virtual registration fee includes the cost of shipping - there is NO in-person pickup option for virtual participants. Your shirt will be shipped and should arrive shortly after race day. Please note that the registration cutoff for virtual participants is September 27, 2022.

This year's race shirts are a super-soft tri-blend long sleeve shirt with a removeable tag for even more comfort.

Available this year in Youth XS-XL and Adult S-4XL, so you're nearly guaranteed to get the perfect fit! Please note, for adult sizes 2XL-4XL, the cost is $2 more.

What's a Halloween run without a costume contest? Dress up in your best costume, enter the contest before the race, and be eligible for some great prizes!

We also have many, many raffle prizes that have been generously donated, and all registered participants are eligible.

There will be awards for the top overall and age group winners - so stick around to see if you won!

In line with the mission of the Ohio River Road Runners Club, the Dayton Ghost 'n Goblin 5k will benefit local school running programs. When you register, select which school district you want to receive a donation - the top school district in each division will receive a donation to help their team!

The Ghost 'n Goblin™ 5k is all about fun, but this is where we have to be a little strict (for everyone's safety and enjoyment of the event).

The Ghost 'n Goblin™ 5k will not issue refunds for race entry fees, nor any other fees associated with the race. Each participant accepts that risk upon paying their entry fee. We will not offer complimentary race entries to a future race. We use all money collected for the race to develop and produce the event (including race supplies, infrastructure, and administration) and the proceeds benefit the non-profit Ohio River Road Runner's Club.

We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe, fun, and exciting event for everyone. Any decisions we make for safety, fairness, or any other reason will not warrant a refund to any participant.
