Time: 5K race @ 8:00 AM, 1 mile fun run @ 9:00 AM
Location: Solon Nature and Recreation Area, 1749 Racine Ave NE, Solon, IA 52333
Course: Start and finish at the Timber Dome Lodge in the Solon Nature & Recreation Area. 5K/10K course utilizes the Solon-Macbride nature trail.
A t-shirt is guaranteed for runners who register by July 18th. All registered runners will be eligible for prize drawings. Race day registration runs from 6:30-7:30 AM.
