Gathering at the Redmond High School track, Heaven Can Wait 5K draws hundreds to together with a shared mission to raise funds for Sara's Project, a fund of St. Charles Foundation. Sara's Project provides education, early detection and support services to ease the challenges of breast cancer for people in Central and Eastern Oregon.

Heaven Can Wait was founded in 2000 by Charlene Levesque, a breast cancer survivor. Charlene's diagnosis prompted Central Oregon Running Klub (CORK) to begin formulating the idea of a women's event that would promote early detection of cancer and encourage a healthy active lifestyle.

Your participation in Heaven Can Wait:
* Raises funds for Sara's Project.
* Educates the community about the importance of early detection of breast cancer.
* Encourages community members to walk or run for their health.
* Brings the community together in a celebration of life

$30 Entry Fee through Sept. 28. Online registration closed at midnight of Sept 28.

$40 Entry Fee Day of Event Oct. 2

Heaven Can Wait packet pick up and registration will be hosted in conjunction with General Duffy’s Waterhole’s Saturday Market, Saturday October 1s from 10a-2p. This is an opportunity to pick up your race bib, register friends and family that have not done so yet, get a race shirt and or merchandise and shop local vendors at the market.

Pick up and continued registration will start at the Redmond High School tract at 8:30a day of.

5K teams can be created/joined on step 2 of the registration process.
