VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS:

Run or walk your distance anywhere and anytime you choose: trail, sidewalk or treadmill! (Be sure to follow runner safety!)

Log your results by going to Get Me Registered Spring Thaw (enter your last name and the transaction code you received when you signed up) and enter your time. Please submit prior to midnight on April 8, 2022!

After running, post a photo or video and share your virtual race experience on Missouri River Runner social media.

Race Day Packet pickup, post-race refreshments and Post Race Awards will be inside the Marriott Center Cardinal Room across the parking lot from the South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront. We will be following current Covid-19 race day safety protocols.

Overall Awards and age group medal winners will be presented for the LIVE Events only.
