Celebrate 11 years and still running with Roger's Run 4 AMC. This year we have both in-person and virtual options. The in-person will be capped at 150 persons and NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.
The virtual option you will have a period of 10 days to run or walk your virtual distance. Saturday, June 19th through Tuesday, June 29th 2021 at 3:00 PM.How does a virtual race work?
- Pick your distance and register (remember to register early for discounted entry)
- Using your car, Garmin, map my run or other tracking device, plan out a route that equals your desired distance.
- Run or walk your distance any time between June 20th and June 29th.
- Submit your time through the get me registered link

About AMC |
Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC) is a condition that occurs one in every 3,000 births. Although those numbers seem common, very few people are aware of the condition which involves curved or hooked joints, limited range of motion and multiple joint contractures throughout the body at birth. Roger is a 11-year old from Red Hook, who was born with AMC in January 2010. His parents relied heavily on information and support found at amcsupport.org

Pre-registered (by June 4th) persons In person participants will receive a t-shirt at the event. Virtual runners will not receive a shirt however can purchase one to have mailed to them.

Competitive awards for the in person 5k only.
Virtual awards will be given to the top 3 male and female in the 5k and 10k
